Due to a higher-than-normal volume of aircraft currently in our repair department, Lone Star Drone is temporarily not accepting new drone repair requests or walk-in repair intakes.

Our technicians are focused on completing the repairs already in our shop and reducing our current backlog while maintaining the level of service and attention each aircraft requires.

At the same time, parts procurement has become increasingly difficult across a number of drone platforms, which can create additional delays and make some repairs more complex to complete. By temporarily pausing new intakes, our team can focus our available time and resources on the aircraft already in our care.

If your aircraft is currently checked in with Lone Star Drone, your repair remains active. Our technicians are continuing to work through existing repairs as quickly as possible.

There is no need to submit another repair request.

When Will New Repair Intake Resume?

We will resume accepting new repairs once our existing repair volume has been substantially reduced and our team is in a better position to accommodate additional aircraft.
